We have been providing a portfolio of air conditioning, heating and air movement products, along with technical back-up service and maintenance, to the building services industry for over twenty-five years.

Klima-Therm Ltd was started over 25 years ago. Over this period it has developed a reputation for the installation and maintenance of high quality equipment - chillers, air handing units, fan coil units and chilled beams - aimed, as always, at the customer requirements. Klima-Therm is absolutely focused on installing equipment which is cost effective over the long term, so that the capital costs and running costs are all taken into account in any installation.

Klima-Therm has focused on a range of high quality products:

• Air handling units from Saiver and Novair.
• Innovative and energy-efficient chillers from GeoClima and KTK.
• Cost effective Fan Coil Units from Eurapo and elegant Chilled Beams from Cosy.

In 2003 Klima-Therm became part of the Calibre Services Group of companies, and with this brought significant supporting facilities, both in terms of the engineering base available to its customers, the compressor and systems expertise and the project management experience.

In 2009 Klima-Therm was awarded with 3 prizes at the RAC Cooling Industry Awards Ceremony, a sign of the Company's dedication to achieving energy efficient solutions in the cooling industry.

The Group has a 7,500 sq.ft factory in Wimbledon, where air conditioning and refrigeration compressors are remanufactured. There is also a specialist machining department, and a department dedicated to the service and maintenance of air conditioning units designed for the railways. There is another facility in Croydon where ventilation systems and the associated ductwork is fabricated, and installed, if required. Finally, associated with Klima-Therm is a control systems company, Next Control Systems Ltd, based in Farnborough, which designs, installs and maintains controls for supermarkets, hotels, coldstores, offices and hospitals, where it has a specialist division dedicated to monitoring blood banks and other high risk sites. It boasts a 24/7 bureau to respond and call out alarms on the sites it monitors.
