At LHplc we have the expertise and equipment to allow us to remanufacture all the commonly used compressors -hermetic and semi-hermetic, and most of the less common ones!

All compressors are stripped back to the bare casting and fully re-manufactured to their original specification, or upgraded to the manufacturer's latest specification where the application demands it, or where we believe this results in a more reliable compressor.

Once complete, they are fully run-tested on our unique refrigerant-circuit test rig, prior to despatch from our factory. This test rig produces a detailed print out of critical measurable parameters, not just at the end of the test but on a real time basis throughout the duration of the test. With this rig we are also able to test correct operation of unloaders and other peripheral devices fitted to the compressor. At the end of the test run a valve test (pump down) is performed and the results recorded.

A copy of this test print out is sent with the compressor, providing a valuable check and assurance to the engineer on site, over and above our Warranty.

All compressors leave our factory re-painted, sealed with an OFN holding charge and with suitable suction and discharge gaskets provided.

delivery & collection service
If required we can arrange overnight delivery, and/or collection of the exchange, by a reputable national carrier to anywhere on the UK mainland. Where a compressor is delivered to site, it is firmly fixed and shrink-wrapped to a strong pallet. Exposed terminals, unloader stems etc. are suitably protected. This method of packaging provides maximum protection during transport with the minimum of bulk.
