As well as our repair and commissioning services, we offer a comprehensive range of system maintenance packages. These range from Standard three-minor/one-major plans to monthly planned preventative regimes and resident engineer options.

All maintenance programmes can be tailored to suit the individual requirements of the client, and we can offer 24 hour, all year round callout cover.

We cover all types and sizes of equipment, from a single small "split" to complex multiple chiller and AHU installations.

The engineers we use on maintenance are the same engineers we use on commissioning. This, and our strict policy of assigning a site to a specific engineer, ensures the highest quality and continuity of service is always maintained.
