At LH plc we take very seriously our responsibilities to provide a first class product or service and to back this up with comprehensive After-Sales service and warranty.

We are only too aware that what we supply is very often only a small part of the overall cost of the complete project and for this reason we do not offer a "no quibble" warranty. In the short-term this certainly would make our life easier - not having to investigate why a compressor has failed and just supplying a replacement.

However, we believe it is our duty to investigate every premature failure and to provide our customer with as much technical information as may be required if the root cause is a problem with the system.

Our warranties are offered not just on the equipment, but on every element of our supply, so whatever we supply we will back up with our warranty. If we have provided a full turnkey operation and the equipment should fail within its warranty period, we will provide the same services to put right that failure.
 
In order to maintain this high level of quality in our service every aspect of what we do is covered under the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Code. Mistakes happen and problems occur - this is the nature of business; but under this Code we guarantee to make every effort to prevent these occurrences and to do whatever is necessary to minimise their knock-on effect.
