We employ our own team of fully-qualified refrigeration engineers
to carry out system inspections, de-commissioning, re-commissioning
system maintenance, repairs and refurbishments as required by
our customers.
In line with our policy of employing only experts in their field,
their training is specific to this type of work and special
attention is given to fault diagnosis to isolate the root causes
of problems, and wherever possible to ensure these will not
recur.
We also understand the need for complete and accurate paperwork
and will provide complete Commissioning Sheets, Maintenance
Logs and Daily Worksheets for every site we attend as appropriate,
ensuring a valuable service history of the equipment is kept.
In recognition of the current move back towards Ammonia for
air-conditioning applications, the majority of our engineers
have been specially trained in its safe-handling and use.
We are therefore well placed to provide all our services to
this growing area of the industry.
Whilst we attempt to ensure our maintenance programmes will
reduce the need for an out of hours call, it is inevitable that
on occasion an interim or out of hours visit will be required.
In order to provide a reliable and efficient Out Of Hours Facility
to those customers who require it, we have established our own
Bureau Service. This is provided by Next Controls - a subsidiary
within our Group of companies.
This allows us to offer our engineer services 24 hours a day,
365 days a year.
Supporting our team of engineers in the field, we have a department
dedicated to sourcing all spare parts they may require. We also
offer this service to our customers.
We can usually obtain parts for any make and model of equipment
regardless of age, or offer current alternatives where the component
is no longer available.
This service provides support across the Group of Companies,
from compressor remanufacture to providing an obscure part required
during maintenance.
